What we collect from researchers and institutions, why we keep it, and how long it stays on file.
We collect the details you provide during verification and ordering: name, role, institution, institutional email, shipping address and the research scope you describe. We also collect basic technical data such as device and browser information when you use the site.
Information is used to verify eligibility, process and ship orders, issue lot documentation, respond to enquiries and meet record-keeping obligations.
Verification and order records, including analytical documentation, are retained for a minimum of five years so that lots remain traceable.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate — such as shipping carriers and analytical laboratories — and where required by law. We do not sell personal information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account information, subject to the record-keeping obligations described above.
