How research compounds are prepared, packaged, tracked and delivered to verified researchers.
Verified orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one business day. Orders awaiting verification are held until the account is approved.
Lyophilized material ships in sealed glass vials with protective packaging. Cold-chain packaging is used where the compound or destination requires it.
Product specific lot numbers and COAs provided.
Transit times depend on carrier and destination. Customs inspection, weather and carrier backlogs can extend delivery; we will share tracking updates as they become available.
Inspect vials on arrival and report any damaged seal, broken glass or compromised packaging within five business days so we can arrange a replacement.
We ship to verified researchers at residential, institutional or business addresses in destinations we are permitted to serve. A business address is not required. We cannot redirect a shipment once it has left our facility.
